About Mark Paul ...
As the newest member of the Shellhouse family, Mark Paul rocks the house with bass lines that are as original and exciting as you can get.
His soothing, warm voice adds a distinctive third harmony to many Shellhouse songs and he completes the sound for which the band has become famous .
In addition to playing bass Mark also plays acoustic guitar . From almost the first song, the members of Shellhouse knew they had found a kindred spirit in Mark and his vocals and bass work has never let them down.

Prior to joining Shellhouse, Mark played in a number of prominant local bands including Little Wing. a popular Burlington band in the late 70's and 80's.
Mark's musical influences include The Eagles, The Beatles, The Monkees, and other bands with animal names.
When he's not working with Shellhouse Mark enjoys "birding" and video recording and also teaches science in the Essex school district.
